Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ LLB/ LLM/ Masters of LAW from any reputed university.
∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Legal Affairs of the Company.
∎ Handle all legal issues of the company including civil and criminal cases
∎ Company code of conduct & compliance.
∎ Obtain all necessary certificate against each company
∎ Monitoring the the performance of all employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years legal affairs, Tax and compliance.
∎ Must have 2 to 5 years experience with any company in Legal Affairs Dept.
∎ Ready to move all over Bangladesh for Official Visit
∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Well groomed and well mannered
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) and email communication

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
