Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ LLB/ LLM/ Masters of LAW from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: must have membership of BAR council

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Responsible for all Legal Affairs of the Company.
∎ - Handle all legal issues of the company including civil and criminal cases
∎ - Company code of conduct & compliance.
∎ - Obtain all necessary certificate against each company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 10 years legal affairs, Tax and compliance.
∎ Must have 5 to 10 years experience with any company in Legal Affairs Dept.
∎ Ready to move all over Bangladesh for Official Visit
∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Well groomed and well mannered
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) and email communication

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
