∎ Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ LLB/ LLM/ Masters of LAW from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must have Bar license

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Legal Affairs of Company.
∎ Handle the all legal issues of the company including civil and criminal cases & company Tax,

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years legal affairs, Tax and compliance.
∎ Must have 2 to 5 years experience with any company in Legal Affairs Dept.
∎ Ready to move all over Bangladesh for Official Visit
∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Well groomed and well mannered
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) and email communication
