Job Context :
The Senior Executive – IT is responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of the organization’s overall IT infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in hardware maintenance, software management, and network administration to support daily business operations. The position demands proactive problem-solving, timely technical support to internal users, and the ability to manage multiple IT systems, assets, and services. The Senior Executive – IT works closely with all departments to maintain high system uptime, strengthen cybersecurity, and drive continuous improvements in technology usage across the organization.

- Hardware installation, maintenance & troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN, Router, Switch & Network configuration
- Server setup, backup & system administration
- Software installation, update, license management
- CCTV, Access Control & IT security monitoring
- IT documentation & asset management
- End-user support & problem resolution
