Responsibilities & Context:
Provide day to day IT support to all employees in the office & remote employees.
Good knowledge & skill on PC (Desktop/Laptop), Printers, Scanners, Photocopier, Access Control Systems setup & installation.
Practical knowledge on LAN Cabling, Routers and Switches setup, Access Points, Wi-Fi networks etc.
Sound knowledge & Practical experience on the CCTV Camera, NVR/DVR system Installation, support and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft windows (10,11), Window Server (2008, 2012, 2016,2019) servers and Linux server.
Install, configure of SQL Server and schedule backup of Database.
Operation of MS Office & Outlook setup, configure & troubleshoot for the users.
Virtual meeting setup with Zoom, Google meet, Microsoft Teams.
Maintenance of company IT systems including Software, Hardware and Networks.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the problems. Carry out all the responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
