We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic personnel to fill out the following position who will contribute to attain our business expansion needs.
∎ Job Location: Dhamrai (Factory).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring employees' daily attendance.
∎ Maintaining leave register.
∎ Maintaining local recruitment process for factory.
∎ Handling Safety & Security issues.
∎ Writing up different Administrative letters/ notices/circulars.
∎ Executing disciplinary action.
∎ Maintaining and compiling data/documents in professional manner.
∎ Manage employee grievance issues.
∎ Preparing wages of daily workers.
∎ Develop, revise & update all departmental records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age limit: 26-32 years. For experienced candidates, age limit may be relaxed.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant field with a success story from any reputed company in FMCG Industry (Factory).
∎ Should have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Self-driven, decision making, problem solving, ethical to maintain confidentiality and can do attitude.
∎ Computer Skill: MS words, MS excel, Power Point.
