Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of factory HR, Admin & Protocol
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management
∎ Office management
∎ Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management
∎ Office Assistant, Security, Waste & Canteen management
∎ Oversee companies bill & voucher
∎ Maintain & update all licenses of the company
∎ Prepare draft of various official letters, Notices, Circulate the minutes, e-mail etc
∎ Take care installation & maintenance: Computer, Phone, Photocopier, AC, CCTV, & others
∎ Experienced in attendance software
∎ Manage recruitment & selection procedure
∎ To ensure recruitment, probation, confirmation, promotion, performance appraisal, annual increment.
∎ Oversee the all personal file & Ensure health book & service book for all employees.
∎ Must be able to work with OT, incentive & salary sheet, pay slip.
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
∎ Coordinate to arrange different training program
∎ To ensure discipline in the factory. Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
∎ To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
∎ Knowledge of EPZ Labour Ordinance-2019, Labor Law- 2006, Amendment of Labor law- 2013 & Labor Rules- 2015.
∎ Responsible for the Work permit, Visa, Visa extension, Security Clearance, Passbook & Air Ticket related formalities for the expatriates of the company.
∎ Responsible for all kind of protocol duty including airport protocol of all company guest, buyer and Engr coming from abroad.
∎ Responsible for Hotel Room Reservation, air ticket booking processing, vehicle arrangement for the local and foreign officials & guests.
∎ Liaison with BEPZA, Police Station, Nearest Hospital and Foreign bodies like Passport, Visa, BEPZA, BTCL, SB, NSI, Home affairs, City corporation, FSCD, Environment, Govt. & Non-Govt. etc.
∎ Handling of Guest, Sr. Management and Buyers for their transportation.
∎ Coordinate with Managing Director & Director of a different purpose.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory HR Administration
∎ HR, Admin, Protocol
∎ Sound Knowledge of EPZ Labour Ordinance-2019, BLL- 2006, BLA- 2015
∎ Hardworking, Self-motivated, Decision making, Well Behaved
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Must have computer skill in MS word, Excel, Outlook etc
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English.
