Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up all new and existing customer.
∎ Generate new customer and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Maintain and updating existing and potential Customer data.
∎ Answering all relevant questions to the Customer about our Services.
∎ Improve Customer retention rate by convincing them in proper manner.
∎ Follow up Customer complaints and to ensure the appropriate Service as per Customer's requirement.
∎ Follow-up sales outstanding and communicate with customer for outstanding recovery.
∎ Ensure customers queries, problem & issues.
∎ Analyze and prepare report overall sales activities.
∎ Prepare price quotation and submit to customer according to their requirement.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Hardworking, Self-motivated, Decent Looking, Well Behaved.
∎ Should have the attitude to work in a challenged & pressured environment
∎ Must have Computer skill in MS word, Excel
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Good communication skills, Sales & Marketing, Strong interpersonal skill.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories.
