∎ Strong knowledge of visa requirements and procedures for various countries and visa types.

∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using visa processing software and Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and eligibility criteria for their intended travel destinations.
∎ Collect and review visa application forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information provided.
∎ Prepare and submit visa applications to the respective consulates or embassies in a timely manner.
∎ Verify supporting documents required for visa applications, such as passports, photographs, travel itineraries, and financial statements.
∎ Ensure all documents meet the specifications and standards set by the consulate or embassy.
∎ Communicate with clients regarding the status of their visa applications, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
∎ Follow up with consulates or embassies to expedite visa processing and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
∎ Respond to inquiries from clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and related travel concerns.
∎ Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
∎ Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections in the database.
∎ Generate reports on visa application status, processing times, and client feedback for analysis and improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with visa regulations and guidelines set by the respective countries and diplomatic missions.
∎ Conduct quality checks on visa applications to minimize errors and discrepancies.
∎ Firsttrip Ltd. a sister concern of US-Bangla Airlines is seeking for Sr. Executive/Executive -Visa operation. They will be responsible for facilitating the visa application process for individuals or groups traveling internationally. They will handle all aspects of visa processing, from gathering required documentation to liaising with consulates or embassies, ensuring timely and accurate visa issuance for clients.
