Responsibilities & Context:

Firsttrip Ltd., a sister concern of US-Bangla Airlines, is looking for potential candidates to submit applications for the Executive - Customer Care Service/Call Center. 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solutions effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

  • Providing customer support through E-mail, Social Media, Live Chat, and SMS.

  • Providing information to customers regarding Reservations, Airline Tickets, Hotel bookings, Visa processing, and Umrah Packages.

  • Calculating refunds, re-issues, and VOID transactions, and executing the amounts in the system (experience with this is a plus).

  • Escalating necessary complaints to the relevant departments for smooth customer service.

  • Maintaining communication with corporate clients, partners, and agencies.

  • Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's promotional offers and other travel services.

  • Collecting data as needed and sharing necessary feedback/reports with management.

  • Working in roster-based operations.

  • Managing customer support tools as well as maintaining Excel reports with daily activity remarks.
