Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master's degree in any discipline, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), 4 years Diploma in Automobile will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maximize new dealers and ensure demand generation.
∎ To conduct Market research and develop sales and marketing plan accordingly.
∎ To develop, maintain and execute territory plan with the help of Sales Head.
∎ To direct sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ To generate monthly reports and analysis and present to top management.
∎ To achieve regional and personal target.
∎ Give sales feedback, address improvement areas and set to expand the marketing activities.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Direct Selling/Marketing in any Lubricants Company
∎ The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Target oriented and plan making with own execution.
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ The applicant must be smart, energetic and proactive.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in MS office especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint for daily reporting.
∎ The applicant's must have own smart phone and motorcycle driving license.
