Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations clearly.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams to execute campaigns smoothly.

  • Prepare briefs, timelines, reports, and presentations for clients.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

  • Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated effectively.

  • Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication.
