• BBA/MBA from any reputed university.

• Age At least 25 years

• Proven work experience in retail project development, showroom setup, or visual merchandising.

• Experience as a Sales Associate or similar role will be considered an advantage.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional for the “Sr. Executive – Development & Expansion (Showroom)” position.

Responsibilities:

• Showroom development and expansion activities.

• Search and finalize showroom locations.

• Policy making and re-contract of showrooms.

• Showroom rent & advance negotiation.

• Renovation and maintenance of outlets.

• Visual merchandising and interactive display management.

• Product placement planning.

• Ensuring improved customer experience through showroom enhancement.
