∎ Should heave well computing knowledge
∎ Should have a very good communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To aware workers about company policies.
∎ To handle grievance from workers end.
∎ Counseling with workers and floor staff.
∎ Conducting different types of survey and report as per need.
∎ Organize different types of workshop. Such as: Welfare Officer, HR Officer.
∎ Conducting different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti Harassment Committees.
∎ Investigate on any types of grievance as per need, based on investigations report and insist the factory management necessary action.
∎ Any other job given by the management
∎ This position have to look after few factories of Ashulia & Uttara Zone of this company and will have frequent factory visit to perform the below Job:
∎ To aware workers about company policies.
