Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline. BBA or MBA in HR will be Preferred.
∎ Practical Experience in a laundry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Orix Washing Project 100% Export Oriented Garments washing project.
∎ Capable to handle / face all type of Compliance Audit.
∎ Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day operation of Compliance department.
∎ Preparing, organizing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, Chemical supply chain & Higg Index.
∎ Must be experience on worker training.
∎ Must be experience on MSDS/TDS & chemical handling safety.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 4 years Practical experience.
∎ Computer knowledge is essential.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Must be thorough with BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, CT-PAT
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law-2006 and rules-2018.
