∎ Based in Dhaka, we are a fast-growing ICT company and actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated and experienced personnel to join our winning team as Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager, Sales & Marketing
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge of Internet and Data connectivity Services
∎ The contenders must have solid experience in the ISP&IIG industry with a knowledge of wholesale and retail business. Also excellent technical understanding and strong relationships with the senior IT professionals of this sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with home and corporate customers for selling Internet, Data, Connectivity, Managed Services, and ICT products as a retail product
∎ Communicate with all types of ISP's concern for wholesale IIG bandwidth sell
∎ Manage/Expand ISP/IIG business trough distributor & reseller all over the country
∎ Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the marketing campaigns
∎ In-depth knowledge on preparing new sales and marketing plan according to ISP/IIG business product
∎ Product monitoring and market analysis based on current market scenario
∎ Negotiate for rates, capacity, disputes, settlements and various business issues with client
∎ Collect adequate market information and through other required means, in formulating and implementing marketing strategies
∎ Ensure targeted Sales & Collection achievement to fulfill Company Objectives
∎ Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement
∎ Develop team spirit and motivated work force
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales report
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing in ISP & IIG field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP,IIG, IT Enabled Service, Mobile/IOT devices
∎ Dynamic & Target oriented.
∎ Should have strong communication skill (both written and spoken English).
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Planning & organizing skill.
∎ Self-motivated & flexible.
∎ Must have knowledge of MS office, Excel & ability to make PPT presentation will be added advantages.
