Additional Requirements: Lead auditor in ISO 9001, FSMS 22000 quality certification / Internal auditor training course certification.

Strong knowledge of QC techniques and food safety standards.
Good observation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Familiar with laboratory instruments (moisture analyzer, pH meter, etc.).
Good documentation practices (GDP) and MS Office proficiency.
Teamwork and communication skills.
At least 3 years in a similar role in the food processing or FMCG industry. Work experience in the frozen food industry will get special preference
Responsibilities & Context: To ensure consistent product quality by implementing and monitoring quality control systems during raw material receipt, production, and finished goods stages, in compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare raw material & packaging material specification, SOP, Work instruction and others necessary documents as per FSMS requirements. Review and update quality control documentation regularly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to quality issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams; conducting shelf-life studies and stability testing; and developing and maintaining supplier sample evaluation protocol.
- Basic Lab skills and familiarity with food testing procedure.
- Ensure compliance of all Physical, Analytical and Microbiological Tests of RM, PM & FG with specification management.
- Develop, implement & coordinate FSMS 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP & Halal requirements throughout the process. Ensure effective implementation of internal audit, self-inspection, complaint management etc.
- Participate & conduct validation & trial activities of process, packing and systems and completeness of protocol and final report. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials
- Ensure calibration of all equipment listed in the calibration master list.
- Ensure effective monitoring in process check and manufacturing activities, plant & personal hygiene, environmental monitoring, water quality and pest control.
- Support to arrange relevant training program for staff and workforce to ensure quality work environment in the organization.
- Effective co-operation with production, engineering, warehouse, marketing and export department to solve quality issues.
- Participate in gap analysis, risk assessment & management and document upgrading activities.
- Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
