Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in CSE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support applications and hardware.
∎ Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased.
∎ Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and functioning according to specifications.
∎ Running regular checks on network and data security.
∎ Conducting regular system audits.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Identify requirements of computer or network equipment and ensure functionality.
∎ Support audio/visual equipment for on-site and off-site presentations and training.
∎ Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment.
∎ Respond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support.
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
∎ Managing and reporting on the allocation of IT budget.
∎ Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems, key lock systems.
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
∎ Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensure implementation through regular staff training
∎ Overview CCTV surveillance infrastructure.
∎ Able to perform other IT or Systems related tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineer, Software Engineering, IT Support Service and Network engineering, IT System Management.
∎ IT related training will be treated as an additional qualification.
∎ Experience:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware & Networking, Hardware Engineer, IP Network, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Network Engineering, Network Security, Networking Skills, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Companies, Textile/ Garments/ Spinning Mills.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough knowledge about LAN, WAN and TCP/IP networks, IP Routing, Sub-netting.
∎ Database Knowledge will be added as an advantage.
∎ Ability to act as a problem-solver.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Positive attitude
