Responsibilities & Context:
  • 1. ISO 9001:2015 Audit Management:
  • Plan, manage, and conduct internal and external ISO 9001:2015 audits - Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to maintain ISO standards.
  • Work closely with departments to prepare for audits and ensure continuous ISO certification.
  • 2. Product Certification and Audit Handling:
  • Oversee the product certification process for wires and cables according to relevant national and international standards.
  • Coordinate and manage audits related to product certifications and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with certification bodies and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance.
  • 3. Lab Accreditation Management:
  • Handle the accreditation process for the company's laboratory, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems for the laboratory to meet accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to lab accreditation and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • 4. Internal Audits:
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement, report findings, and develop action plans to address non-conformities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate audit documentation.
  • 5. Product Costing:
  • Analyze and manage product costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance and production teams to optimize cost structures.
  • Support pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market trends.
  • 6. Standards and Compliance:
  • Stay up to date with changes in industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ensure all products comply with the latest product standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on standards and compliance.
  • 7. Technical Support and Presentations:
  • Provide technical support during client visits and presentations.
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
  • 8. Communication:
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
