Prior exposure to electrical wire or cable manufacturing will be preferred
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to work in factory operations may also apply

22–30 years (Relaxable for experienced and deserving candidates)

Basic understanding of electrical wire and cable production processes.
Knowledge of quality assurance practices and workplace safety compliance.
Ability to work in a factory-floor and shift-based operational environment.
Good interpersonal communication and team coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support day-to-day factory operations related to electrical wire and cable manufacturing.
Assist in monitoring production activities to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Planning, and Store teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintain and update production records, operational reports, and related documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, factory rules, and occupational health & safety guidelines.
Assist in production scheduling and support timely completion of manufacturing orders.
Identify and report operational deviations, machine breakdowns, or safety issues to the concerned authority.
Assist in ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, and production machinery.
Initiate to conduct R & D activities aimed at improving electrical wire and cable design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
