• Only Male

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HV cable manufacturing (up to 33 KV).

• Total professional experience: Preferably 8 to 10 years in cable manufacturing or related industries.

• Proven experience specifically in HV cable manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

Job Location: Kanchpur, Narayanganj

• Manage and supervise all stages of High Voltage (HV) cable production in compliance with IEC and BS standards (Up to 33 KV on Sioplas line & CCV both Process).

• Ensure process control, quality assurance, and timely order fulfillment.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues, quality deviations, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Planning, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth production operations.

• Implement productivity improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.

• Lead, train, and develop the production team; ensure adherence to safety rules, electrical safety practices, and company policies.

• Support product development, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

• Maintain production documentation, reports, and compliance with ISO standards.
