Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Candidates must have In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Manpower Budgeting Knowledge (Direct Vs Indirect).
- HR Operations & Employee Relations: Overseeing HR operations, including grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management, while fostering a positive work environment.
- Health & Safety Management: Managing safety protocols, including machine safety, incident investigation, and PPE awareness.
- HR Planning & Development: Strategic HR planning, employee assessments, and ongoing policy education.
- Workplace Housekeeping: Ensuring cleanliness and order inside and outside the workplace.
- Employee Motivation & Engagement: Reducing turnover through employee motivation and promoting an open work culture.
- Harassment & Abuse Management: Handling harassment cases with zero tolerance and providing grievance counseling and excellent counselling knowledge.
