Responsibilities & Context:
We are a leading woven garment manufacturing factory located in DEPZ, specializing in Bottoms, Jackets, and Outerwear.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall Washing R&D operations and Laboratory functions.
Lead planning, management, and control of wet processes and all types of garment washes.
Ensure strong execution and supervision of dry processing techniques.
Develop and set up washing recipes, including in-depth knowledge of dye stuffs and final shade approval.
Innovate and develop new fashion washes in line with current and emerging market trends.
Ensure consistent washing quality with optimum utilization of dyes and chemicals.
Maintain buyer compliance and quality standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
