Job Context
The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operational activities with a strong focus on employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and compliance. The role plays a critical part in driving workforce productivity, retention, and a positive industrial climate aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations including employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and talent development programs to support business success.
Design and implement strategies to improve workplace productivity, employee retention, and effective employee relations.
Oversee grievance handling, absenteeism control, and leave management to ensure a harmonious and disciplined work environment.
Manage and monitor Performance Development Plans (PDP) for employees at all levels to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Collaborate closely with department heads to align people development initiatives with organizational and operational goals.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, EPZ labor laws, Bangladesh labor laws, and ethical standards, maintaining zero tolerance for harassment and misconduct.
Manpower Budgeting Knowledge (Direct Vs Indirect).
Prepare, analyze, and present HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making and compliance reporting.
