∎ Age 32 to 39 years
∎ The ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of embroidery machines, techniques, software/applications, and industry quality standards.
∎ Mandatory work experience in garments embroidery section or embroidery factory, experience not less than 6.5 years for Asst. Manager role.
∎ For Asst. Manager role; the individual must have accountability with the similar role at least for 1 year.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and record daily production output.
∎ Ensure team members are trained and capable of operating embroidery machines effectively.
∎ Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and delivery commitments.
∎ Operate embroidery machines; perform tasks such as sewing patches, trimming, and steaming.
∎ Check in and organize incoming supplies to ensure proper stock levels.
∎ Choose appropriate garments for embroidery jobs based on order requirements.
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operations.
