Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adequate knowledge on Land/ Real Estate business as well as present market scenario.
- To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
- To follow up with further steps of the sales process.Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
