∎ Familiarity with international buyer compliance standards.

∎ Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote sewing threads.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (local & export-oriented RMG factories).
∎ Collect market trend info and projection idea, work on market mapping and brand-vendor relationship.
∎ Drive efficiently to execute the account plan and achieve the sales budget for each of the accounts to ensure meeting country level budget in alignment with the Sales and Customer Service team.
∎ Work with the Sustainability Team, focus on collaboration, communication and mutual understanding to effectively drive and enhance the organization’s sustainability acts, practices and goals.
∎ Prepare and present marketing pitches, product samples etc.
∎ Coordinate with the design and production teams to fulfill client requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
∎ Conduct regular market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
∎ Regularly visit buyers, merchandisers, and sourcing agents to generate new leads and follow up on inquiries.
∎ Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
∎ Maintain up-to-date client databases and documentation using CRM tools.
∎ Provide input into product development and packaging strategies based on market feedback.
