∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Business Opportunities and Conduct Meeting with Prospective Clients.
∎ Conduct market research to identify marketing possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
∎ Seek actively out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Identify public tender opportunities on e-tenders or other sources.
∎ Co-ordinate all pre-qualification and tender bids with pre-planned approach to meet deadlines for submissions.
∎ Manage the pre-qualification & tender process including researching, tailoring and producing submissions to public clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experiences on Public Procurement/ Tendering will get preferences.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales and Marketing Particularly Equipment and Systems.
∎ Candidates having work experiences with Govt. offices specially Secretariat, BBA, City Corporation, Ministry of Shipping, Railway, Civil Aviation, Land Port Authority, Port Authorities etc. will get preferences.
∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self-motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic, presentable and mindset to work for a long time under pressure.
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Should have the mentality to travel when and if required in Bangladesh.
