∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA (Marketing) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze business plans and budget, prioritize tasks/ projects based on business requirements.
∎ Maintain liaison with officials of the customer including the public sector where applicable.
∎ Supervise and guide the sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.
∎ Manage and plan for preparing bid proposal, issue clarifications if necessary, conduct in-house evaluation of bid proposal.
∎ Keep close eyes on any changes of procurement rules, polices or Government decisions that's relates to our project.
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.
∎ Manage multidisciplinary team of professionals including engineering for comprehensive proposal preparation and presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience is at least 5 years in management position. Experiences on Public Procurement/ Tendering is essential.
∎ Age above 35 years but flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Candidates should have clear application knowledge on PPR & PPA.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
∎ Should be able to frequently travel in Bangladesh and overseas.
∎ Should be available 24/7-hour for emergency response.
∎ Must be able to evolve with modern techniques and technologies with direct application to the professional group under his direct report.
∎ Must be process based and be able to train his team to perform within strict timelines with set KPI.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.
