∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience as an SQA Manager or in a similar leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Experience with flight and hotel booking software is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and leadership abilities.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the SQA team to achieve quality assurance goals.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures.
∎ Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases and test scripts.
∎ Ensure that software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
∎ Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
∎ Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
∎ Conduct regular reviews and audits of SQA processes and practices.
∎ Provide training and mentorship to SQA team members.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance.
