Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ - Analyze requirements to understand deliverables and expected outcomes.
∎ - Develop test plans based on system requirements and design, and execute these plans to test the system comprehensively.
∎ - Determine and define test strategies and test plans for various applications, focusing on thorough coverage and effectiveness.
∎ - Automate testing processes to reduce manual hours required, aiming for higher quality assurance and efficiency.
∎ - Report defects and bugs with detailed documentation to developers and provide necessary follow-up until issues are resolved.
∎ - Review requirement definitions and design documents, identifying and addressing potential issues.
∎ - Enhance developers' awareness of quality and improve quality control techniques to reduce defect rates.
∎ - Oversee the quality status and progress of all projects from a broad perspective, adjusting personnel assignments and schedules as needed.
∎ - Continuously improve the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ - Carry out additional job assignments as directed by management.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role- Comprehensive understanding of QA methodology
∎ - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is preferred
∎ - Proficiency in test management software (e.g., qTest, Jira)
∎ - Excellent communication skills- Strong attention to detail
∎ - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
∎ - Strong organizational skills
∎ - BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
∎ - QA certification is a must
