We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. This role involves not only hands-on testing but also taking ownership of QA processes, improving product quality, and guiding the SQA team.

Responsibilities:

• Test web and mobile apps for functionality, performance, usability, and user experience.

• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

• Perform smoke, regression, sanity, exploratory, and UAT testing for new features and releases.

• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, logs, and impact analysis.

• Validate critical app flows such as onboarding, authentication, and payments.

• Perform basic API testing and validate backend-integrated features.

• Test app performance across multiple devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.

• Verify UI alignment, responsiveness, and adherence to Figma design specifications.

• Coordinate with developers & product team to ensure smooth release cycles.

• Track testing progress, test reporting, and continuous improvement.
