Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining test plans, test scripts, test methodologies, and supporting software designers and developers.
∎ Plan, design, implement, and maintain detailed manual and automated test suits. Create test data for complex scenarios.
∎ Develop, maintain and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter.
∎ Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to analyse and understand requirements and convert them into comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Ensure tests are self-contained, well-documented, maintainable and reusable. Ensure test environments are maintained and coordinate required test data setup.
∎ Own the defects throughout its lifecycle. Accurately report defects including specific steps to reproduce. Work closely with the developers and operations to resolve defects.
∎ Test a wide range of software modules such as web applications, mobile apps, API and backend systems.
∎ Execute a wide range of testing such as functional, end-to-end, regression, stress, load and penetration testing.
∎ Lead in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, release management and retrospective meetings.
∎ Participate in reviews of your own work and reviews of colleagues' work.
∎ Work with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline ensuring quality deliverables are released on time.
∎ Contribute to strengthening the QA process as part of continuous quality improvement and process enhancement.
∎ Ensure information security and compliance requirements during testing.

∎ Metafour Asia is looking for an enthusiastic self-managed Mid-Level SQA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing who can effectively work with minimal or no supervision. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and executing test strategies that cover a wide range of functional, regression, and performance scenarios. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other SQA engineers to maintain high-quality deliverables across our technology stack.
