∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): creativity, Fashion Designing, Footwear, Pattern making
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating test design in order to portray new ideas of sports shoes.
∎ Coming up with new colors, forms and patterns structures of sports footwear.
∎ Settling footwear patterns, size grading and preparing manufacturing guideline.
∎ Attending marketing meetings in order to display new design and ensuring their promotion to the market.
∎ Researching market and give feedback of latest style and trends.
∎ Assessing market trends of footwear, make alterations, prepare textiles, accessories etc.
∎ Ensuring the design is profitable, prepare costing.
∎ Determining the duration of new design and creating a schedule of new design arrival and implementing the plan.
∎ Holding investigation on chemical usage, ensuring correct use of primer and other adhesive.
∎ Overseeing the production of the design to check for quality and durability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge in footwear anatomy.
∎ Have a creative eye and be fashion conscious.

Salary: Negotiable
