Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Summary:
∎ The position is responsible for arranging Training & Development sessions for employees, increase employee engagement, performance management and day-to-day correspondences with internal customers (Department Heads, Branch Managers & potential partners and execute the relevant HR activities of the Company.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Managing training & development initiatives
∎ Ensuring employee engagement initiatives
∎ Oversee performance management
∎ Monitoring monthly business performance report as per guideline
∎ Responsible for HR reports and projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Training & Development, Performance Management and employee engagement wing.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
∎ Smart and dynamic in nature with good communication skill
