∎ Minimum 3 years experience in performing payroll functions and benefit administration in MNC, F&B, retail or logistics industries
∎ Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy or equivalent
∎ Have a basic understanding on the Employment Ordinance
∎ Proactive, responsible, and detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
∎ Independent, multi-tasking, and able to meet tight deadlines
∎ Team player with the ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
∎ Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and project administration
∎ Experience in using Workday (HRIS) is a plus
∎ Good command of both written and spoken EnglishImmediate availability or short notice is preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day payroll operation including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, employees’ income tax calculation, payroll cost forecasting, etc.
∎ Prepare and manage accounts for employee benefits funds i.e. provident fund, gratuity fund.
∎ Partner with other relevant stakeholders to ensure the payroll-related information is collected properly and processing is performed accurately.
∎ Key in and maintain data in HRIS timely, including Payroll System, HRIS (Workday), etc.
∎ Prepare and share payroll reports with the Finance & regional teams as required
∎ Generate regular payroll-related reports, full-time employee reports & other reports as required for internal use.
∎ Prepare & submit income tax reports & returns as per requirements of the Income Tax Act
