Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and verify all export documents, including Commercial Invoice (with origin declaration if needed), Packing List, and BL/AWB.
Maintain SKU-wise HS code master list and confirm origin & duty preferences by collecting supplier proofs and adding correct invoice wording.
Coordinate with forwarders and UK/EU brokers for bookings, EORI/CDS compliance, and smooth documentation flow.
Complete all Bangladesh export formalities, including ERC, BIN/VAT, and bank/chamber procedures.
Perform QC on documents against PO/packing details, ensuring accuracy in Incoterms, values, quantities, and weights.
Share landed-cost inputs (duty/VAT) with Merchandising and Finance, track clearance & delivery, and handle customs queries to avoid demurrage.
Maintain templates and SOPs, archive documents digitally for audit, and drive process improvements with CAPA and KPI reporting.
