Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc / MSc / MBA (Computer science/ Information technology/ Finance/ Accounts/ Management) from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum all 2nd division/ CGPA 3.00 in all academic results.
∎ PMP/ Prince2 certification will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project team to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally, as directed by BRAC PMU.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Participate in the design of project management processes and budget planning.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business.
∎ Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of multiple projects from start to finish.
∎ Fill in for project managers by managing daily operations in their absence.
∎ Responsible for directing the project team to manage the project scope, budget and schedule.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
∎ Focused on Technology division AOP objectives, activates and deliverables.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ At least 4+ years of proven experience in related field
