Experience:
BSc. in IPE/ME from any reputed University.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with LC.
Familiarity with Customs and VAT regulations, SROs, and HS code classifications.
Sound understanding of BOM and material costing.
Basic understanding of global supply chain trends and risks.
Sourcing and procurement work by ensuring quality, shortest lead time, and competitive price.
Find the suitable suppliers of RM and Spare Parts.
To finalize PO/PI, SKD/CKD, LC, TT, CAD based on types of customization checklist and guidelines by maintaining proper correspondents with concerned departments.
Coordinate commercial staffs to procure materials or components considering all available Customs and VAT SROs.
Help R&I and costing department for analyzing feasibility of any new SKU and new projects providing required information.
Prepare a budgetary report for material purchase and make monthly report for management.
Participate major overseas Exhibitions/Trade Fair to find the suitable cost effective suppliers & materials.
Regular corresponding with the materials suppliers about the quality feedback and development.
Coordinate production and planning department and follow up material stock based on the requirements.
