Skills Required: Foreign Purchase,Import,Import through LC and TT.,Raw Materials Sourcing,Sourcing Product and Supplier,Supply Chain,Supply Chain Management,Vendor Sourcing
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Should have clear knowledge on HS Code, Duty, SRO & VAT.
Should have good knowledge of Excel and MS office.
Must have ERP/PR-PO create and process experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sourcing and procurement work by ensuring quality, shortest lead time and competitive price.
Find the suitable suppliers of RM and Spare Parts.
To finalize PO/PI, SKD/CKD, LC, TT, CAD based on types of customization checklist and guidelines by maintaining proper correspondents with concerned departments.
Coordinate commercial staffs to procure materials or components considering all available Customs and VAT SROs.
Prepare a budgetary report for material purchase and make monthly report for management.
Participate major overseas Exhibitions/Trade Fair to find the suitable cost effective suppliers & materials.
Regular corresponding with the materials suppliers about the quality feedback and development.
Coordinate production and planning department and follow up material stock based on the requirements.
