Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEDA auto packing machine operating and mechanical maintenance work.
∎ Keep the production records and arrange of packing materials.
∎ To maintain the manpower supervision and controlling.
∎ Keep the production all records.
∎ Checking the Equipment size planer.
∎ Check how many pieces the tiles will hold in the checking machine, then the tunnel will fix the tiles upside down.
∎ Packing machine will take carton and side corner by moving and then packing will be done.
∎ Correctly using binding machine with PP belt.
∎ Unloading Tiles Packs in the Right Operating System by Robot.
∎ Auto printing or manual seal should be used to write the model or code on the box PP belt, carton, size corner, and rope will be needed to tie the frame.
∎ Proper supervising, proper operating and spare parts will play a vital role.
