∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QA, QA Automation, QA Testing, Software Testing, SQA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the requirements and understand the deliverables.
∎ Create test plans based on system requirements, design, and test the system.
∎ Determine and define test strategies and test plans for all sorts of applications.
∎ Automate testing and reduce the man-hours required for higher quality assurance.
∎ Report defects, bugs/defects with appropriate details to developers, provide the necessary information and follow up until modifications are completed.
∎ Review requirement definitions and design documents and point out problems.
∎ Improve developers' quality awareness and quality control techniques to reduce the number of defects.
∎ Monitor all projects' quality status and progress from a broad perspective, and adjust personnel assignments and schedules according to the situation.
∎ Improve the QA process.
∎ Other job assignments by management.
