4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a software company.
Ability to write technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Understanding of mobile ecosystems (Android & iOS) and app stores.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.).
Technical background: comfortable discussing APIs, architecture, and app integrations with developers.
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Envobyte Ltd. is seeking a Software Product Manager with strong project management skills to lead the planning, requirements writing, and launch of our mobile apps on the Play Store and Apple Store. This role will be responsible for managing product lifecycles, ensuring timely releases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving feature improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
Translate business ideas into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories) for mobile apps.
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company strategy.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to inform product direction.
Requirement Writing
Create detailed technical requirements, flow diagrams, and wireframes for new apps and updates.
Work closely with designers to ensure UI/UX matches requirements.
Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle: ideation, planning, execution, testing, launch, and iteration.
Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables using agile or hybrid methods.
Coordinate daily/weekly standups, sprint planning, and cross-team collaboration.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketing for smooth execution.
Translate requirements into actionable tasks, resolve ambiguities, and unblock the team.
Delivery & Reporting
Ensure timely app releases with proper QA, ASO, and store compliance.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress updates to management.
