∎ MUST have experience and in-depth knowledge of RMG-based ERP software.
∎ Verify the functionality of software components.
∎ End-user support with computer problems and resolve their issues.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies, and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Innovate new methods for streamlining troubleshooting and diagnosis.
