Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science, IT, EEE or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement solutions on the customer's test and production environments.
∎ Provide support throughout the implementation and deployment process.
∎ Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
∎ Designing information systems architecture and infrastructure to support organizational goals.
∎ Proactively identify potential risk areas and guide clients in risk management and mitigation.
∎ Assess client needs and develop a plan to meet those needs.
∎ Recommending new technologies or upgrades to existing systems to meet business needs.
∎ Familiarity with the software development process and applicable languages, such as SQL.
∎ Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have business knowledge of ERP, POS, HRM, CRM and Business Management Software.
∎ Experience with process mapping and SOP development.
∎ Data analysis experience and skills.
∎ Comfort with technical training in both a live and remote setting.
∎ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Basic knowledge in operating systems (Linux and MS Windows)
∎ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent team player and customer service skills.
∎ Should have job experience in Software development firm or IT field.
Salary: Negotiable
