Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer communication from different channels.
∎ Identifying and documenting client/ User requirements.
∎ Reporting on requirements progress as input to project status report.
∎ Preparing and conducting requirements presentation for senior executives.
∎ Facilitating requirements gathering workshop.
∎ Supporting QA and testing team.
∎ Reviewing test strategy, test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met.
∎ Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal customer questions and escalations, while balancing the company’s and the customer’s needs.
∎ Operate within the Support procedures, standards, and policies.
∎ Manage customer complaints through groups, email, meetings and help desk.
∎ Participate in software demonstration.
∎ Participate in training customers.
∎ Collaborates with development team and initiates process improvements for new and existing systems.
∎ Participates in the solution design process: requirements gathering and backlog refinement, shapes, and guides systems approach, helps with project initiation, contributes to functional design, and technical design and development.
∎ Cooperate with customers in User Acceptance Testing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Requires 1+ years’ experience in software development or software support.
∎ Requires communication proficiency in English both verbal and writing.
∎ Extensive understanding in SDLC and scrum methodologies.
∎ Experience in configuring and deploying applications
∎ Experience in using configuration management tools.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to quickly learn new application systems and technologies.
∎ Knowledge of basic project management framework and methodology.
∎ Ability to accurately break down complex application designs into component deliverables and estimate design and development timelines
∎ Requires excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
∎ Experience in interpretation of functional requirements
∎ Work with team members to ensure application designs are in line with best practices and are scalable, reliable, and that all designs optimize performance and usability.
∎ Requires strong problem solving and analytic skills to translate business requirements into systems solutions.
