Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Banking, Information Technology (Preferably software) from any reputed university.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Banks

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install company software suite at customer sites.
∎ Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in business organizational changes.
∎ Analyse system and compile system change needs as requested by customer.
∎ Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing
∎ Handle customer User Acceptance, Outage Notification and Change Control procedures and documentation.
∎ Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
∎ Extend user support and training to customer and support users.
∎ Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application's user community.
∎ Handle inbound calls and emails with enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and positive energy to answer questions about products and services.
∎ Provide timely, high quality responses to external and internal customer questions and escalations, while balancing the company's and the customer's needs.
∎ Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolution, while actively navigating internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless resolution for all customer issues.
∎ Strive to resolve problems in early stages.
∎ Work closely with development team in an Agile SCRUM environment to refine and support the development, testing and release of functionality
∎ Operate within the Support procedures, standards and policies.
∎ Engage in company-sponsored and self-motivated training and learning opportunities to expand technical and soft skills, as required, for effective performance.
∎ Achieve individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and profitable company growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing to work in Rajshahi & Rangpur district.
∎ Strong knowledge on Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL
∎ Strong problem solving skills; gathers and analyses information skilfully
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to listen and comprehend effectively.
∎ Capable of managing difficult or emotional customer situations and building rapport.
∎ Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately.
∎ Prioritize effectively within tight schedules and a fast pace environment
∎ Enthusiasm and positive attitude in context to the role.
∎ Strong work ethic and customer service orientation with high integrity and ethics.
∎ Commitment to professionalism, follow-through and attention to detail.
∎ High technical aptitude for assimilating technical concepts and new technology.
∎ Ability to work out of general office hours, which may include early morning hours, late night hours or weekend hours.
