Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install company software suite at customer sites.
∎ Handle customer User Acceptance, Outage Notification and Change Control procedures and documentation.
∎ Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
∎ Deliver user support in Night shift (roster basis, at least 15 days in a month) to customer users.
∎ Extend user training to customer users.
∎ Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application’s user community.
∎ Handle inbound calls and emails with enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and positive energy to answer questions about products and services.
∎ Provide timely, high quality responses to external and internal customer questions and escalations, while balancing the company’s and the customer’s needs.
∎ Strive to resolve problems in early stages and response promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolution, while actively navigating internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless resolution for all customer issues.
∎ Achieve individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and profitable company growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 1 Years’ experience in Customer Service of Software Solutions for the Software engineer position.
∎ Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Customer Service of Software Solutions for the Senior Software engineer position.
∎ In depth proficiency and knowledge SQL/PLSQL in Oracle.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills; gathers and analyses information skilfully
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to listen and comprehend effectively.
∎ Knowledge in Accounting is highly preferred
∎ Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately.
∎ Strong work ethic and customer service orientation with high integrity and ethics.
∎ High technical aptitude for assimilating technical concepts and new technology.
∎ Ability to work out of general office hours, which may include early morning hours, late night hours or weekend hours.
∎ Be self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadline
∎ Sincerity, honesty, hard work will be the key focus and target oriented
