Responsibilities & Context:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications using .NET Blazor and ASP.NET MVC.
- Create custom components with both Blazor WASM and Blazor Server.
- Lead the development team in creating efficient, optimized solutions with C# and .NET technologies.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery libraries.
- Optimize SQL Server database solutions and implement Entity Framework for data access.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect disparate systems and services.
- Oversee application integration projects to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
- Leverage multithreading and asynchronous programming techniques to enhance application performance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and security through unit testing and code reviews.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development best practices.
- Guide and mentor a development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
