Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication: Communicating with customers.
∎ Prepare LLD: Preparing LLD for any new requirement.
∎ Unit Testing: Doing unit testing before the change deploy on the client end
∎ Documentation: Preparing documents for any new learning
∎ Environment Setup: Environment setup on the client’s server for hosting the application
∎ Client Support: Giving support to clients as per ticket assignments.
∎ Database: Generating queries for client support.
∎ Reporting: Designing reports for the product.
∎ Problem-Solving: Solving critical issues.
∎ Analytical Capability: Analyzing any critical issues.
∎ Product Knowledge: Understanding how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them.
∎ Data Migration: Preparing data migration script, Data Migration, and Data Reconciliation. Data correction after reconciliation (if any) to ensure the data is ready for go-live.
∎ UAT: Performing alpha testing & UAT partnering with clients
∎ Collaborating with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to drive productivity, repeatability, and quality improvements through DevOps.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department/Management.
